Place Of Use

The wastewater discharged from semiconductor factories contains many strong acids, especially HF and H₂SO₄. The concrete surface of the wastewater treatment tank and the surface of the iron sedimentation tank must be protected with FRP lining.

Production Method

After applying the primer resin, the structural part is impregnated with SWANCOR 901 layer of chopped strand mat, and the part in contact with wastewater is covered with polyester organic surface mat, forming a corrosion-resistant layer rich in resin.
